(More customer reviews)I installed these on my 2002 F-250 Lariat 4x4. My old bushings were completely shot and were rattling every time I went over a bump. It is a common problem on these trucks. I didn't know how to remove the old bushings because they are pressed in and I don't have a press. I ended up using a 'ball joint press' loaner tool from AutoZone to remove the old ones with no trouble at all. One of the cups that comes in that kit is the perfect size.
These bushings went back in super-easy and are very quiet so far. I probably have 5K miles since I installed them. I didn't know my truck could be so quiet going over a speed bump! Also, they will be much easier to replace than the factory ones if they do wear out down the line. I highly recommend them! Here is a link that details the replacement, though he used a press:[...]
