(More customer reviews)EXCELLENT mount! I installed this in a 2006 G35 Sedan without any problems at all and it looks like it belongs. For a regular Joe/Jane, this mount will work just fine.
As for it being an old mount that could be made in a machine shop 20 years ago--well, that is under a pretty BIG assumption that everyone can machine parts or has the time to find a shop that would do such a small job for you (at a similar price) umm.... yeah... good luck!
