(More customer reviews)Product is the usual great Reese quality, but the shipping is substandard, the kit arrives with parts missing, and the box falling apart. I had to return the first one. The second one arrived in even worse condition, with bolts and washers dribbling out of the carton. Fortunately and amazingly, all the missing parts were on my driveway next to the carton. ! It is a very heavy item, and the original manufacturer's carton was not intended for this kind of shipping.
Amazon makes no provision online (that I can see) to report the shipping problem. All you can do is return it. I did not see a phone number where I could call to resolve the issue. Maybe I'm wrong, you might know the system better than me. I found it frustrating.
If you can put up with this, and are not in a hurry, the cost savings is considerable. If you are in a hurry, buy elsewhere.

Reese Towpower 20K Fifth Wheel Rail Kit includes universal fifth wheel mounting base rails and all hardware needed for installation. The rail design allows the fifth wheel hitch to be removed from the truck by simply removing four pins and the two base rails remain, leaving the entire truck bed available for maximum hauling. Drilling is required for installation of this base rail system.
