While this stereo is priced well (usually [$$$]), you do get what you pay for. The buttons are not easy to use by touch only. To get from FM radio to play a cd you must push the source button 5 times! There should be a "play" button to go straight from radio to CD. Also, if you use a cell phone in the car, don't get this radio. The radio is not shielded so you will get interference from cell phone. Each time I use my cell phone I have to turn the radio all the way off. Lowering the volume does not help. You still get a loud buzzing sound. I didn't have this problem with my previous stereo. Also, cd's tend to skip for no reason. Even when driving on a smooth road, all cd's will skip.

You gotta hear this from Aiwa! It's the CDC-X217 in-dash CD player which has features like 45 Watts x 4 of power, a volume meter & a pre-amp output. It can pump out some rumbling lows, thanks to the advanced H-Bass boost. You can even program a radio show into M-^SMy Information,M-^T so that even if it's turned off or you have a CD playing, the radio will switch on at the correct time! And thereM-^Rs a useful front input jack, so you can listen to your portable cassette, MD or MP3 player!
