(More customer reviews)Not sure if this is the product I ordered, but the truck cover I did order from Empire Covers shredded on my in less than 3 weeks. So, I contacted them about returning the product, they directed me to the manufacturer, after speaking with them, they directed me back to Empire b/c I had already purchased another truck cover, different kind, different brand and from Pep Boys. So, all I wanted to do was return the product, which is pretty much garbage by now, and Empire will take it back, BUT they are going to charge me a 20% restocking fee, that's right, even though they are obviously NOT going to be restocking this item, they are still charging ME with this on a defective item! Not only am I losing this, I have to eat the shipping to get it to me and to ship it back to them. I'm losing almost $30 on a product that was worthless, totally worthless! RESTOCKING FEE????? When they are going to return it to the manufacturer and get fully credited for the defective product! Be careful when ordering from Empire!!!
