(More customer reviews)Purchased this for my husband who is military and needed some extra space to put equipment in, he has a smaller truck with a bed liner, (S-10) The toolbox came fully assembled, all we had to do was take it out of the box, put it in the back of the truck make sure that it was even on both sides and drill the holes! SUPER EASY!!! The only down side is that it only comes with 2 sheet metal screws, My husband would have liked 4 but you can buy them anywhere, so far we only have the 2 screws in and the box is SECURE!! we installed it on a rainy day, and After it was all done raining we went to check to see if there were any leaks, and there were NONE!!! Great Toolbox! EXCELLENT PRICE!!
