(More customer reviews)We ordered Weathertech mats because they are made in the USA, not Taiwan or India and we were supporting American jobs and products; read their website to find out how important that is to them. Price was not a problem nor an issue to us.
We bought a floor mat package deal for our brand new Ford Explorer and received the back floor mats and the cargo liner. The items we have received so far are top quality and we couldn't be happier.
3 weeks ago we called to check on the arrival date for the front floor mats and was told they were being shipped that day. They still haven't arrived. Today we called again and now they are telling us they haven't even been made yet and won't be made for another 6 weeks. The customer service rep AND the supervisor were both rude and talked over my husband so he couldn't even ask why he was lied to. (In 14 years I have never seen my husband get upset on the phone)
We still want the floor mats we ordered but if you haven't ordered yet make sure you can wait a long time for half your order to arrive and don't bother calling their sucky customer service.
